At the moment, there are hardly any tents left in the crisis region. The people urgently need a roof over their heads, which is why, contrary to the original plan to only buy locally, we are now asking you for donations in kind. We are looking for small tents for 1 to 4 people, not quite so heavy.
We are therefore already preparing the 2nd transport. As soon as we have a full load, a driver sets off so that people can get the help they need quickly.
The flood disaster in Slovenia shows once again the effects of climate change and that we can only manage to alleviate the consequences of the suffering caused by increasingly frequent natural disasters if we work together.
Together with our partners from the “Civil Crisis Management Network”, as well as
“Fortuna Hilft e.V.” we organize help for the flood areas.
The earthquake in the Turkish-Syrian border region has taken everything from many people. This is also the case in a village near Kahramanmaras, where almost all the houses have been irrevocably destroyed and the people are now in urgent need of help.
Now help is needed quickly, because everything is missing.
Through our support projects and friends, we have personal contacts in the affected areas and so we receive direct calls for help that we cannot and do not want to ignore.
