The aid in Slovenia continues!
Hardly noticed by the media, the water has returned to many areas of Slovenia in the past week and the devastation has increased.
Once again, Klaudia from Fortuna Hilft e.V. is on site and draws up lists of the items we need.
For the first transport, we are urgently looking for food as well as worm and flea medication for small fur balls that were found in the rubble by local residents after the floods.
We would be delighted if anyone has contact with specialist stores, vets, animal shelters or other institutions through which we could obtain the items cheaply or as a donation.
At the moment we are still waiting for the complete lists, but generators, tools and hygiene articles are still needed, and our next transport should start next week, depending on how quickly the transport vehicles fill up.
