The first team is in Morocco

While we discuss with the Moroccan community in Dresden what has been reported as an urgent need by their local contacts and how we will organize the 2nd mission.
The L’EVASION TOURS team is already on site, having set off from Dresden and Belgium to bring the urgently needed tents to Morocco.
As soon as we landed in Marrakech, we set off to get an overview of the villages. What awaited them there was nothing like what we had already seen in photos.
The destruction in the villages is so great that hardly any houses are still habitable. In many places there are no houses at all. People have to sleep on the rubble of their houses, not only for fear of another quake, but also because they lack everything they need, such as tents, blankets and mattresses.

The team set off to go shopping, bringing a total of more than 62 crates of vegetables to the village of Tezefrit, as well as the 56 tents they had brought with them.

Unfortunately, a bit of bureaucracy is necessary, so stamped slips of paper were distributed to the residents to ensure that everyone got what they needed.
This is also intended to prevent people from coming from outside and getting something even though they are not affected.
It was an exhausting weekend for the whole team, both physically and mentally.
In the following days, more relief supplies will be brought to the affected villages, and we still need your support.
Help, because every donation, no matter how small, is help for the people in this great need!
